A lot of freeware is written by geeks for geeks, with an emphasis on efficiency and ease-of-use ... for power users.  While we work hard to keep our software efficient, our emphasis is on reliability and ease–of–use ... for average users.

This software is written by geeks for non-geeks.  If you're looking for the other kind you may be disappointed, but please don't complain, this software is simply not made for you.
